FAQ

Warranty

Our watches are warranted for a period of 2 years against material and manufacturing defects.

If you believe that your watch is defective in any way, then please email us at support@exofi.au and we will sort it out for you.

Returns

For your peace of mind, we offer a 14-day easy return policy.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your goods then please email us at support@exofi.au to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions for the return. Please do not return your goods before we have acknowledged your request.

Only goods in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with undamaged original packaging and protective coverings may be returned.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly re-packaged for the return.

If the return is due to a change-of-mind, then return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive the returned goods and have inspected them for signs of wear, we will provide you with a refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your EXOFI goods – as such, no reasonable return request shall be refused.

PLEASE NOTE that for international returns the retail price only of the goods is refundable - any import duties, taxes, and fees paid to us (and then paid by us to our freight provider and then your customs administration) at checkout are non-refundable.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, Australian GST is subtracted, and any destination import duties and taxes are calculated, displayed, and included at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE that for international returns the retail price only of the goods is refundable - any import duties, taxes, and fees paid to us (and then paid by us to our freight provider and then your customs administration) at checkout are non-refundable.
